What a fantastic end of our GCL season, jumping amazing rounds with King Van Essene and Impress-K Van ‘T Kattenheye Z in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Prague Lions ended up on 4th place after very good rounds from all riders and horses in the team, composed of: Thibeau Spits, Niels Bruynseels, Pieter Devos, and Fernando Martínez Somer.
Regarding the Super Grand Prix, we can say that it was also a very big success, as Impress and Thibeau finished on 8th place overall, jumping spectacular and going clear in Round 2.
Last but not least, it is also important to remark that Thibeau also won the U25 of the Season award!
We have a bittersweet feeling as the GCL season is over, but on the other hand it let us experience so many amazing moments and we keep very beautiful memories that will stay with us forever.
Thank you to the Prague Lions for counting on us once again, also a big thanks to Yarni Van Kempen for taking such good care of the horses, thank you to the whole Team Spits back home for the constant support, and finally, thank you to everyone who has ever been or still is part of this journey… What a season it has been! One to remember.
