That a volcano in Iceland can have such an impact, it’s really special and never expected.
Patrick would like to make some good results with Withney and especially in the Nations Cup.
Too high expectations, that's never good. Just quietly stay with the two feet on the ground, and ride the Nations Cup like a normal class.

Last weekend was for us a quiet one, nothing special. We stayed close to home for a change. On the other hand that same weekend the Global Champions Tour started again. Through the link you can find all the results. Really good result for our Belgian rider Jos Lansink and Valentina, they ended on place number 3 in the Grand Prix, what a team!
Even last weekend our nephew Jeroen De Winter had some really good results in the Gouden Laars competitions in Moerbeke. The first round he won with Bolero in a 1.20m class, the second round he was also very pleased with a second place.
After that again a double clear round with his horse Ziggy Ziggy.
Also good news from Wisbecq, Wikske vh Wittehof (v.Regilio, vm. Premium de Laubry) won the cyclus competition of the 7 years. Congratulations to the breeder Hugo De Witte! They had some bad luck in Lummen, one fault made them miss the final of the Belgian Championship for 7 years.
We are very grateful to all our owners. Also, Erik and Martine Boyen-Nagels, they are the owners of Etoile M, Butterfly and Biba.
With Butterfly the combination sport and breeding is a success. But that little bit of luck that we wanted to give them is missing for the moment. Last Saturday we had to put the yearling stallion of Butterfly with Ideal de la Loge down, after a kick from another horse.
Butterfly will come back this summer, but let’s hope that the foals that are now in "production ', in combination with Etoile, that they will be full of luck with guarantee on a happy life and a lot of success in the sport.
Meanwhile we’re very happy with Etoile because last weekend at the show in ‘s Gravenwezel she had again a brilliant result.
Back with our feet on the ground, even an ash cloud doesn’t stop us, up to Linz!
