Cadé de Guldenboom used to be Cadé vt Zorgvliet, and is doing great!

We have had a lot Heartbreakers in our stables and we still have some very nice ones, but even some very nice ones have been sold. One of the nice one is undoubtedly Topinambour of Penelope Leprovost, but there’s another one that is gradually rising. This time also with a female rider,…in this case the Swiss rider Jane Richards.
The smaller gelding left here as Cadé van’t Zorgvliet and quickly changed its name in Cadé de Guldenboom. Jane Richards had already a second place in a 1.50m class at the CSIO in Rome, after Ben Maher with Cadé. For an 8-year-old horse it’s certainly a great result.
But yesterday it was a really big task for Cadé, the Grand Prix of St. Gallen. Automatically for an 8-year-old horse you still pay for some learning mistakes a long the way. Ending that Grand Prix with 10 faults is really not so bad. We like to keep an eye on Cadé, and we find it very nice to see him jumping on this level.
Also a nice thing for Ignace Philips, friend of Jane Richard. He was looking, back than, for a 6-year-old and found Cadé at our stables. We had bought him as a foal.
