Silver for Julie De Pelsmaecker at the European Championships for ponies.

After the bronze team medal on Friday for the Belgian team again a Belgian success at the English Bishop Burton.
It’s been also said just before the start of the Grand Prix in Beervelde.
The silver medal is been given to Julie De Pelsmaecker and her pony Sambo Lino. A really good performance for the family Pelsmaecker, congratulations!
We know ourselves de father Ben De Pelsmaecker the man behind Ben Fresh, wholesaler in vegetables. I think that the medal is going to be celebrated at the vegetable auction, I am quiet sure about that!
Nearly there was a second Belgian medal, for a big young Belgian talent with a small stature admittedly! Jonas Vervoort came really close but ended up 4th with 4 points. However still a good performance and congratulations to the family Vervoort!

Went for a trip with the boys to Wuustwezel. No 5 on 5 for Jeroen with Bolero in the class D midden.
It was a really nice show in Wuustwezel, but only 1 victory this time, they were used to more… The victory wasn’t in the class D midden were Jeroen already had 4 victories with Bolero. Bolero stumbled in the first round and because of that he couldn’t make it to the next fence. He still tried really hard but ended up with 4 points. Most important thing is that nobody hurt themselves.
Where the victory did come was in the class D light. Are nephew Jeroen De Winter was already taking the lead for 2 hours with his approved stallion pony Romario. On that moment still 2 riders had to go. Jeroen could go and bead his on time as second last rider of the class with his pony Amethist. He won with Amethist the price for best style but he was a fraction slower then with his pony Romario. Jeroen was first and second when his younger brother Jorgen still had to jump. Like always, Jorgen had studied the jump off really well. Jorgen does it in his own way and style, that’s the least you can say. And his pony Eclipse is a very handy pony and every turn was succeed. He beaded the time of his brother Jeroen and like that he won the class D light.
The class D midden was won by Stef Bossaerts (LRV Broechem).
Pictures of the real European Champions we don’t have. Yet Paco is the champion of being sweet to the kids that’s why this picture of him. Thibeau Spits, always very concentrated, and how?
