Ugobak des Baleines, approved by Selle Francais and goes to Haras de Hus.

The better horses come from Belgium. That has been shown at the World Games in Kentucky, but also on a recent stallion approved event in St Lo.
We already had seen Ugobak des Baleines and saw his good qualities.
Ugobak is a son of Diamant de Semilly out of a mare that has been standing in our stables till she was 5 years old. Atoucha vt Zorgvliet was a Heartbreaker x Darco, a full sister of Cadé de Guldenboom (ex Cadé van t Zorgvliet).
Ugobak is now as a 2 year been approved for breeding in France. He had the 2 highest scores this weekend. When we were maybe a bit waiting in the background, Haras de Hus didn’t. Haras de Hus is the stable behind Kevin Staut, the European Champion.

In Kentucky it was clear that the countries with a big budget started to become bigger.
We have de breeding and we should be at the source of everything but it’s still not that simple. The real cracks are not standing in line. We keep on buying new horses as well. That’s also been happening last weekend at the BWP Auction of Antwerp. Kalimero van den Bisschop (Darco x Indorado) will be moving to our stables. Also our own horses did some good performances this weekend with 2 victories. Belvèdere and Ivan Dalton won the 1m20 class. The smartest performance was from our nephew Jeroen De Winter. He won the Grand Prix of the ponies with Flor vd Mispelaere. Even smarter was that he became 4th with a 5 year old pony in the 1m10 class. That was above expectations since he’s only 5. Amethist didn’t become national champion for nothing as a 5 year old.

We really enjoyed ourselves in Kentucky last week and that’s why we mist the show in Lier. Patrick recharged his batteries and the horses as well. This weekend Patrick is going to St Lo to ride a 3 star show.
