At the moment we have chosen for the "Equilibre" brand because of the balanced feed they have developed for our sports horses.
But what about hay?
Luc and Vera Verschueren - Moernaut are amongst our best friends: we go skiing, swimming, horseback riding together, we play pool, play carts, philosophize and tell each other a lot…
For many years on end, Luc and Vera had a very prospering stonecutting business.
A few years later Luc was involved in a traffic accident and that really changed his life.
He had to do everything at a slower pace. Vera took over the management of the business and although she did a splendid job, it was a though period.
Brother-in-law Luc Moernaut decided to take over the business.
In the meantime Luc and Vera were looking for a new challenge, which would allow them to lead a quieter life.
They found it in Foulayronnes in France, close to Bordeaux, where they bought a beautiful country house with 72 ha of hay land. We have already received some loads of hay and the quality is really perfect!
At this moment, Luc and Vera travel to France on a regular basis in order to prepare for their new life.
In January 2009 they will move for good.
We will miss them a lot!
Fortunately they have turned their country house into a chambres d'hôtes with stables for horses.
