Jeroen De Winter wins final seven-year-olds, Chaouki Rijnders wins 1m30

Yesterday show president Patrik Spits won the Grand Prix qualification and today another victory stayed in the family. This afternoon cousin Jeroen De Winter won the final for seven-year-olds, the Prize Provincie Antwerpen, with the BWP mare Gretel S (by Corland). A great performance with this talented young horse. Dominique Hendrickx finished runner-up with the mare Cas de Liberté (Z, by Cracky Z). Holland’s Leopold van Asten prevented a complete Belgian party by taking third place with VDL Groep Alexia Z (Z, by Air Jordan Z). Full results

The 25-year-old Belgian rider Chaouki Rijnders won first prize in the Prize Drankencentrale Verhelst. He was the fastest by far with his BWP mare Capacity (by Sheyenne de B). Christophe Verheyen and Gaprilli (BWP, by Viento Uno W) finished runners-up and were over three seconds slower. Nick Bossaerts took third place with Eliot (BWP, by Conan Z). Full results
