Meanwhile, our 2nd competition day in Chapels is over. Comptesse is in good shape , and this weekend a worthy replacement for Whitney . Whitney continued to be hampered by the injury she sustained a wound on her leg that had opened again. She needs to heal completely until we bring her back into action . Let's hope that she's healed on our own concours CSI St- Catherine -Waver

 

On Thursday Comptesse got in the 1.50m class an error on the final obstacle in the ranking test. On Friday Comptesse was resting in view of the Grand Prix in Chapels , which will be held Saturday late afternoon .

 

Uletta started in the ranking test , and they got an error at the first obstacle . Later in the evening Uletta took part , and this for the first time in her life, in a class of strength . Uletta always shows very spectacular jumps , and she has quite a lot of power . The heights of 1.60m , 1.85m , 1.95m aren't a problem for her . When the wall was put at 2.05m Patrik got too much distance . Uletta remained jumping with a lot of courage , but a block from the wall . However, we were very pleased with this performance . Lef Vercammen was the winner of this class.

 

Our third iron in the fire in Chapels was Dolce Vita DH ( Darco x Saygon ) . She's getting better and jumped in prices in the trial Eurohorse 1.35m . On Saturday, Dolce Vita gets its first 1.40m presented , we hope they can handle that .

 

Yesterday in the Nations Cup at La Baule , out Belgians did great. A nice 2nd place . A plume for riders of service; Jos Verlooy , Olivier Philippaerts , Gregory Wathelet and François Mathy .

Gregory has already confirmed his participation at our competition , we will be happy to welcome him.

 

In Odense , there was also a Belgian team at work with Niels Bruynseels,  Andrew Anderson , Christophe Vanderhasselt , Kim Thiry and Donaat Brondeel . There also success for our Belgians , also with a 2nd place .

 

It seems the weekend of the land prices , because in Bonheiden our youth jumps  state youth for their land prices. Our Jeroen wil participate in the land price of teh juniors, which starts at 14h. Jeroen will participate with Va - Vite , and that is certainly an experience. We hope for a good result , our fingers are crossed !
