When you are not expecting something, it's nice to have a result.We have the grey stallion Alvaceno in our stables since April 2009.
Since then, we know that he's a nice, careful and beautiful horse. But we didn't how his scope.
Sometimes it's more the courage of the horse.
Alvaceno jumped already very good in Canteleu in the 1.40m classes. The first day he was clear, and they ended up 8th.
On saturday, Patrik made a mistake to the last fence in the Barema C, and the 4 seconds to penalise this mistake. Otherwise he would have been third, no he was 11th.
The owners of Alvaceno wanted a top 5 place, so Patrik took his chance in the Puissance.
And it seemed to be a good decision. Alvaceno showed that he 's got the courage and scope to jump over more than 2 m.
We are really proud of him, and very happy with the second place in the puissance.
