We have a lot of sportive people in Katelijne, so the competition is tough. For us the youth is more the only sportsman they can also explain everything very well.
Look up yourself once at check out the next link. The pony Lover was auctioned and sold to our chef d’équipe Philippe Guerdat. Outside the fact that he helped our riders with an elevation of the price money at our show, he even went a step further. He saw afterwards that our niece Julie Ceuterick had a hard time to say goodbye to Lover. Julie can stay riding and work with Lover. If he gets sold, the selling price will be used again for an elevation of the price money at our Vegetable show. If he doesn’t get sold by then and because he’s the favorite of our youth, we will ourselves put an extra in for the Vegetable show.
Due of the auction not only Julie gets the opportunity to keep on riding Lover and Mieke the horse Vivaldi. But there’s also a new combination in the make…
It looks like that our stallion Cento Lano will be okay in the end… We still have to wait a little bit how it’s going to go but there is a real chance for him to come back.
If Jeroen doesn’t come home with a price tonight from the municipal sport person of the year; then he will for sure make it up this year coming…
Jeroen is going to make the step to the juniors and then we would like to see him with the one and only Cento Lano! Too be continued..
Jeroen De Winter; promising youth!
Tonight, in the community of Sint katelijne Waver, they honor the most deserving sportspersons – and youth from the past year. Also our nephew Jeroen De Winter is nominated as promising youth but if he also going to get a price, that’s still a question mark.We have a lot of sportive people in Katelijne, so the competition is tough.
