Ambassador went fast again without exaggerating but still…. Patrick thought he would’ve been fast enough anyway to win the 1m20 class. The speaker said at that time that he was going to the second position. Afterwards he saw that Danny Van Es rode faster ! But it was still waiting till the end to see how went faster than Ambassador.. It was our own breeding product, Viking van de Dwerse Hagen (Flamenco de Semilly), with rider Kelly Janssens. The 2 white hats provided the surprise.
The regional shows, are very nice once in a while and ideal to put the horse back in the game and to give them some trust again… Also with the ponies we went to a regional show in Kontich. Somebody else made the total for us. Our 7 grandchildren had in total 21 ponies with them… So it’s not a surprise that we come home with a lot of prices.
They all won one or more classes, nice to see! Now Saturday they can all do it again, then it will be happening on our own ground! The indoor LRV show of Koningshooikt will be organized by us. If we can speak about an ‘home advantage’ we still have to wait and see! A lot of supporters they’re not coming to see because they are all leaving to the BWP stallion approval in Moorsele….
Discovery S wins the main class in the Azelhof, the youth was in Kontich.
We saw it coming; last time in Hulsterlo we saw that the 8 year old chestnut mare Discovery S (Nabab x Heartbreaker) was in great form. That ended up in a nice clear round but no placement yet. But last Saturday it did work!
