This year, Eastern will be very late, on the 24th of April. The organisation of the international Jumping of Antwerp was traditionnaly the last weekend of April, a week before CSIO Lummen.
Because of several reasons, the organisation of Jumping Antwerp decided 2 weeks ago, not to organise this year, but to concentrate on 2012.
It's a pitty for the sport, it was always nice to go to Antwerp.
Nevertheless, it gave us another opportunity. Normally, we have got our national show the first week of April, because we had to move from the Eastern weekend because of Antwerp.
Now that our favorite weekend is free again, and we can hope to have a nice weather the end of April, we have asked the Belgian equestrian federation, to move on the calender.
We have got to wait, because there are also some other candidats hoping to organise at Eastern.
We will give the right information as soon as possible.
This weekend, we are not going on a show. The most important show, will be in Bordeaux. World Champion Philippe Lejeune will be the only Belgian rider to jump in Bordeaux.
