Lady Mc Beth, 5th place in the 1.40m class Gold League Moerzeke.

This weekend, we have made time for our young horses. Both Uletta (Cento Lano) and Lady Mc Beth (Limbus x Carthago) managed to stay clear over the fences in the 1.40m class, not bad for only 7 years old. We hope they will be ready next year for the bigger classes.

Tomorrow, we can go with our really young horses to the qualification for the belgian championships for young horses, during the week of Gesves from 10 till 15 of August.
When they can do it clear tomorrow, they can go to that championship. Our horses don't have a lot of experience, but we hope that their quality can compensate that..
It will be a good experience, and we will see how it goes tomorow for: the horses of 4 years old Chefke DH (Heartbreaker x Caretino), Carabas DH (Caretino x Landmeister), Benfica Van Vlieringen (Cento Lano x Lys de Darmen), Hannes vt Scheefkasteel DH (Darco x Diamant de Semilly), and 2 horses of 5 years old Giardini DH (Vigo d'Arsouilles x Feo) and Geniale van 't Hof te Ruyte (Bentley x Heartbreaker).

We are quite busy, so we can't get nervous for a real important show, the CSIO of Hickstead. Our horses Euphony Cadjanine Z and Va-Vite are leaving tomorrow evening.
The Belgian riders in Hickstead: Niels Bruynseels, Olivier Philippaerts, Dirk Demeersman, Jos Lansink, and Patrik Spits.

We are missing a nice international show this weekend in Beervelde, the Flanders Horse Event. Two years ago, Patrik has won the Grand Prix of Beervelde with Withney Dwerse Hagen. Good memories, and we hope to compete in Beervelde next year. We keep our fingers crossed this time for the Belgian Team in Hickstead. We are not sure yet that we are making part of the team. The Nations Cup is on Friday, the 29th of July.
