Almost a cake for Withney; her 98th participation at an international show!

Meanwhile, Patrik arrived well in France. He had to wait a while for the veterinary control. Purely coincidentally, he started to study the passport of Withney. The FEI passport of Withney, with all the stamps of the veterinarians of the many contests where ever she took part. Today she has gotten stamp number 98 in Castres! Next week in Villeneuve Sur Lot she will participate in an international competition for the 99th time. If we may consider the Belgian Championship in Lanaken as an international competition, where she should also give the best of herself for a several days, and also must pass a veterinary control; that would be number 100.
It is still not 100% sure that Withney will jump the Championship, but the chance is great. The Belgian Championship for seniors will be held from September 27 ‘till September 30 2012. Withney jumped this Championship already 4 times; Lanaken (2007), Kapellen (2008), Kapellen (2009) and Lanaken (2010). Every time she qualified for the final. If Withney jumps the championship this year once more, that would be her last time. A real cake we will not take to Lanaken, but an extra bag of carrots will surely be settled.
One of the most prestigious contests where ever Withney participated was in Spruce Meadows (Calgary). There are currently five Belgian riders at work. The results via the link.
