Patrik knows we always support at a distance. Now it was also vice versa. From France he was wondering how our daughters there would bring it off. They had their first jumping today.
Lauranne Spits did it incredibly brave for her 6 years, and arrived neatly at the finish. Thanks to her ponies Fritske and Tino!! With both 4 penalty points, but it looked quite well. With her twin sister there was some disillusionment. Paco didn’t want to jump hurdle no 7. But according to Catherine this jump stood loads too high, and Paco was the smallest pony at the show ... After a while she was still glad they already jumped 6 hurdles neatly anyway.
Our children are becoming bigger, and it's nice to see. Our niece Nathalie De Winter for the first time on show with Orchids Bolero (formerly 1m10 with Jeroen and Jorgen De Winter). Also our son Thibeau Spits jumped for the first time a trial of 1 m with Sunny. Both Sunny and Bolero did it immediately double clear.
Withney DH, 12th in the GP CSI*** St-Lô.
