Through the link you can read an interview, which Gregory has given after his 2 victories on Saturday. Obviously the public in Liege hopes on a victory by Gregory with Cadjanine on Sunday in the Grand Prix, but Gregory thinks that this is still something too early, after her rest period after the games. We will however like to follow along, Sunday afternoon in Liège.
On Saturday, Gregory came in early in the 1.45 m with Baloudana. It was a speed trail, so directly on time. Gregory rode so quickly, he gave the competition simply no chance to approach his time. Patrik had to enter by the end of the trail, and decided to try to ride sensibly for a 2nd place with Lady Mc Beth. At that time, the best time was more than 5 seconds after the one from Gregory. Patrik succeeded in his intent, and was more than satisfied with "only" 4 seconds behind Gregory, but a nice 2nd place!
Sunday we try again with Withney. Withney seems in shape, even though a fault is easily made.
