Patrik and Umosa win their second international contest!

Saturday in Wieze, day 3 of a nice competition. Patrik realized already some nice rounds, but just that little bit unlucky. Friday night in the qualification for the Grand Prix, Comptesse did particularly well, with a quick time. The fault on the penultimate hurdle there was too much to be qualified for the GP. On Saturday Umosa jumped the 1.35 m contest. In Genk, she won her first international category this year, along with Patrik. He has the Andiamo-daughter not that long under the saddle, but today came in Wieze the confirmation that they are a good and fast combination. Profit for Umosa again, fine.
In the FEI-ranking contest it had to happen, this time with Uletta (v. Cento Lano). Uletta started fine, but again that one fault on the penultimate hurdle ... So no qualification for the GP.
Later in the evening, the youth came still in action in Wieze, in the sign of the Golden Boot. Our nephew Jeroen De Winter started there with our stallion Va-Vite in the 1.40 m test. 4 went to the jump-off; there was one fault, but a nice 2nd place. The profit was for Antoine Deprez, who would become second in the final standings. Winner of the 1.40 m Regularity-contest in the Golden Boot was Youri Braems.
