28 years since he won a course! Willy Vannitsen on the profit with Belissimo.
Working with co-owners is not always easy, but it does provide satisfaction when there is success. Then it's immediately a shared success! Our mare Belissimo is owned by 3 owners. They believe in the mare, and also secretly hope to play a significant role in the larger sport one day. A mare to stay calm and enjoy the sport. Apparently, one of the 3 co-owners, Willy Vannitsen, remained calm for a long time.
Yesterday, Patrik rode a nice round, and without taking big risks, his round was good for the victory in the class.
Johan Leemans came with another horse of our stable still pretty close, with a good 4th place with Jenny D'Amour (Va-Vite x Tresor d'Opaline). Willy Vannitsen had to think about it afterwards, but he could say it was 28 years ago that one of his horses has won a class! We are sure it will not last as long as 28 years again, if Belissimo can remain safe and sound.
We would like to thank Gert Verschoren and Willy Vannitsen already for the trust, and we hope of course that this may be the beginning of a long collaboration. On Wednesday morning Patrik came again well out of the starting blocks. Vicenza Rosa DH Z (Va-Vite x Withney vd Dwerse Hagen) has in any case been a time in the lead. The Azelhof in Koningshooikt is this weekend the place to be.
