SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE INTERNET AUCTION; ALMOST ALL HORSES FIND NEW HOME!
Last night the Internet auction took places, organized by the auction house Troostwijk. For us it was certainly a daring experiment, but we are pleased with the outcome.
We did not expect miracles, but hoped for realistic prices and that was certainly the case. There was a lot of interest from abroad, and many horses will cross the border to go to their new owners.
The most expensive horse of the auction has become caveman with a price of 16.500 euros, he will move to the Netherlands. Total sales amounted to more than 200.000 euros, which we are definitely happy about.
We want to thank the staff at our stable, and anyone who has helped us to make a success of this adventure. Also a thanks those who have placed a bid from their computers. A BIG thank you!
